Your MAC address (ex. 001002003004) is the twelve digit number on the Phone Adapter (MTA),
either picked up or delivered to your home,
found on the label on the underside of the device below the Serial S/N number.
* Be Careful to enter this information exactly as it appears in the Activation Email, errors may cause delays or failure to activate properly.
